Momentum Realty is looking for a creative and collaborative Marketing Coordinator to join our in-office team in Langley. Reporting to the Marketing Manager, you’ll be responsible for marketing initiatives for both our company and exciting real estate projects throughout the Fraser Valley and Okanagan.

The Marketing Coordinator will support both Corporate and Real Estate Project Marketing initiatives, as outlined below.


  • Contribute to Momentum’s digital content strategy for our website, blog, email marketing, and social media channels.
  • Manage and create engaging social media content, including copywriting, visuals and providing timely responses to our audience through comments and direct messages.
  • Support with graphic design and copywriting for various marketing materials, such as email marketing, signage, and neighbourhood mail flyers.
  • Collaborate on strategic partnerships and events to grow Momentum’s brand awareness.
  • Maintain Momentum visual branding, ensuring consistency across all representatives and platforms and supporting the development of branded templates, merchandise and other collateral as needed.
  • Participate with the rest of the Momentum team on internal and external events, staff outings, and other initiatives to continue to foster our engaging and positive work environment.


  • Minimum 1-2 years of related experience; experience in the real estate industry and/or an agency environment would be considered an asset.
  • Degree or diploma in marketing, communications or a related field.
  • Experience managing various social media platforms (Meta, TikTok, LinkedIn, Pinterest, etc.)
  • Strong content creation skills, including graphic design, copywriting and photography/videography.
  • Collaborative, creative, flexible, and a team player.
  • Strong organizational skills, self-starter, with the ability to manage competing deadlines and workflows.
  • Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
  • Knowledge of WordPress, HTML and/or CSS would be considered an asset.
  • Valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle required.
  • Interested in real estate, and a desire to grow and thrive with the company.


  • Salary range: $50,000 – $65,000 annually (commensurate with education, experience and skillset).
  • Full-time position in-office
