Joseph brings all the Latin flavour to Momentum Realty, having been born in Montemorelos, Mexico. From there, living in 3 countries, 4 cities, and 6 houses (so far), Joseph knows first-hand that home is where the heart is, and that having a vision for your future plays a critical role in not only searching for, but creating a home, wherever you are.
Joseph’s sense of adventure and musicality led him on both a cross-Canada tour and two European tours with his band in early adulthood. In 2014, he decided to set down roots and get his Real Estate License through the University of British Columbia. Real estate allowed Joseph to harness his outgoing and personable nature and make authentic connections through the Fraser Valley. This reflects his perspective that the purchase of a home is not the end goal of working with someone, so much as building a lasting relationship.

As a result of hard work and invaluable mentorship over the last few years, Joseph became a member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board’s Medallion Club, which honours the top 10% of agents. In the spring of 2019, Joseph joined Momentum Realty, and values the collaborative, researched, and multi-perspective environment it brings. With a primary focus on residential resale, Joseph strives to incorporate these assets along with his passion to make those he works for feel heard and respected for their trust, time, and loyalty.
Joseph met his wife when he was 11 years old and married her in 2012. They live in Surrey, though are invested in the community of Langley, with Joseph coaching high school basketball, volunteering at church, and continuing to play drums for various local artists. In addition to these hats, Joseph loves to make people laugh and no audience is too small for his comedic shtick. All jokes aside, he would love the privilege of actualizing your real estate dreams for you.
