As the youngest of three boys, Josiah learned the values of hard work and determination early on. Josiah’s strong work ethic and energetic personality quickly created an aptitude to work hard and enjoy doing it. Competitive by nature, Josiah was able to succeed as a dual-sport athlete, playing both basketball and hockey while attending Trinity Western University.
After graduating with his Bachelor of Business Administration Degree with a specialization in Leadership and Management, Josiah joined a commercial real estate company in the Fraser Valley where he learned the industry and gained valuable experience. Josiah’s scope ranged from land acquisition and development to sales and leasing, permit applications, construction and property management. Josiah and his wife Rachael currently reside in Langley and enjoy spending their free time exploring Vancouver and all the Lower Mainland has to offer!
