Ryan completed a Diploma in Marketing Management and Business Studies before becoming a real estate agent specializing in new homes. Now the sales insight he gained pairs with a deep understanding of construction, adding up to a well-rounded skill set for collaborating with developers to plan, design, build and sell homes that resonate with buyers. Ryan’s happiest when ideas are flowing, and that creative outlook inspires him to slow down and appreciate the here and now.

Before a day of brainstorming site plans or envisioning the ultimate roof deck, Ryan might be answering the five-a.m. call of his son’s hockey practice. He also enjoys cycling and says he could keep pace with Steve if he wanted to, but he prefers to savour the moment and the beauty of the view.
