Steve graduated from UBC with a Bachelor of Commerce degree specializing in Urban Land Economics, and his fascination with architecture and urban planning soon drew him to real estate sales. He gradually began to focus on selling new homes and supporting developers in project marketing. Today, that hands-on sales experience combines with his love of design, making him uniquely qualified to help clients shape communities that stand out in every way.

When not imagining new neighbourhoods or obsessing over vernacular detail, Steve can be found pursuing some of his other passions. That Lycra-clad blur you might have glimpsed cycling Marine Drive? That was probably him on a Saturday morning, getting his 100k in before sitting down to breakfast with his family.
