Cheers to 5 Years — Celebrating our Fifth Year as a Brokerage

It seems like just yesterday we were recounting the three lessons we had learned during our first three years as a brokerage. We had reflected on the accomplishments, the challenges and the lessons we learned in those early years of business growth. Now, fast forward to 2023, we’re still learning every day, but we are so thrilled by just how far our team has come. In celebration of this milestone, we’re recounting our top five wins over the past five years.
Growing a winning team
Momentum wouldn’t be the high-performing brokerage it is today without the talented team that stands behind it. Every individual that joins us brings a wealth of experience and proven results in their field and most of all, each addition is welcomed into the fold as though they’ve been here all along. It can be challenging to grow while also maintaining a tight knit culture, but thanks to the right people, we’re doing it.
Cultivating meaningful partnerships
While most realtors would say their relationships are the foundation of their business, we have built whole communities thanks to ours. We are proud to be connectors in the Lower Mainland, largely thanks to our team’s diverse skill set across land sales, development and project marketing. It’s a combination of winning tactics and strong relationships that often brings projects to life; a great example of this is our collaboration with Guildford Golf & Country Club and Infinity Properties on The Links Residences – an award-winning community of 55 Tudor-style townhomes.
Doing things differently
We’re convinced that successful project sales are driven by the talented people we put in place to sell, regardless of external or site conditions. We’ve proven this through the sell-out of projects from our boardroom table, which eventually led to the addition of our Mobile Discovery Centre. This truck allows us to create a unique brand experience for our clients in almost any location or situation – literally, a new movement in real estate.
Nurturing community roots
Our growth as a business has enabled us to give back to our community in a meaningful way, and we are proud supporters of NightShift Ministries and the Vancouver Giants Adopt-a-School program. Each of these initiatives supports the healthy growth of the communities in which we live and build, and our commitment to these causes is an important pillar of our long-term goals.
Expanding our offering
As our team grows, so does our ability to serve a wide range of real estate needs, and across an even wider ranging area. Geographically, we’ve established Momentum Okanagan, headquartered in Kelowna and led by partner Cam Biffart. In addition to that, our large team of agents covers residential, commercial, and land sales, as well as leasing and land analysis services.
While the past five years have certainly flown by, we could not be more proud of what our team has accomplished within this time, and we are so grateful for the clients and partners we’ve served along the way.
